Steps:

Day 1-10, three times a day take one ankle sleeve and soak in very hot water for 2 minutes. Ring out access water.
Place on ankle for 20 minutes. Remove wet sleeve and place dry sleeve on.
Wear 24/7 for 6-8 weeks or until pain and swelling normalize

Incrediwear Ankle Sleeves are easy to clean. Hand-Wash is reccomended. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
